> 46inch led tv worth 29.03.2013. Order no. 20990057638113 from Avani riverside Mall ,Howrah, Kolkata. Along with extended warranty of 2 years. During the second year after purchase a band started appearing on the led screen. We contacted the costumer support and when the technician visited us, on seeing the band he said that let it grow because we already have extended warranty so the panel will be replaced completely afterwards. During our purchase we were assured that in case of any damage, the product if needs to be repaired, we would be provided with another tv for the time being of same specification until the problem is sorted. Now when the band has increased, and we contacted the costumer care or reliance resq, after so many days we our told that the product part is no longer available and we will be refunded an amount of 30% of the tv value. This is completely unacceptable. We did not buy a product more than rs 50,000 worth along with extended warranty to suffer a depreciation of 70% that too within the warranty period. Its very sad that a reputed company like yours is giving this kind of after sales support. We had a telephonic conversation with Mr. Rajendra Banerjee of Reliance resq ,Kasba office. He bluntly said nothing can be done and you will be refunded the 30% amount. His way of talking with a consumer is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. This is not the way of talking with a regular consumer. We had bought other reconnect products too. This incident has made us rethink now to buy a reconnect product henceforth.
