Complaint Details
I have bought netripple pharmacy drug store software from netripples.com. Before purchasing i talked to sale representative and he promised to modify software as per consumer need. After purchasing the product at 14/12/15, they refused to modify in some area and for other modification they need more money. Even their software add tax on MRP in sales module which is illegal. It is more than 10 days and i am still talking to them but they made excuse on modification. It is very important to modify the software for my business. Please help me for this issue.
