My balance is deducting at an inappropriate rate.Without even clicking the service links my balance is deducted with absurd hefty amounts and the company activates the WAP services.This is happening since last few months.Inspite of me not even clicking any service links on the net.the company tends to deduct my balance.Please refund my amount or else i will have to take this case much nore seriously.
Yesterday my 50rs was deducted for a worthless wap service.The customer service is pathetic.they argue everytime you tell that it was not my mistake that i clicked any service link.
Please see to it with utmost care.
