Complaint Details
I am Bhargav Kiran S/O Srinivas residing near Begumpet Shyamlal. I have bought a Hyundai i20 Elite (TS 09 EG 4940) in the month of May’15. I have insured the car with Bharathi AXA. While going for an emergency i accidentally hit my car to wall near Begumpet Shyamlal which caused multiple damages . When i have applied for a claim, the concerned people were not accepting for the full claim even after providing the exact explanation on how the accident occurred and also i have provided the photos of the exact location where the accident occurred, besides the insurance guys are behaving very rudely. When spoke to the Bharathi Axa Customer care executive I have been told that I can apply unlimited claims provided I need to pay Rupees 1000 for each claim. I have asked the Manager to approve for 2 claims, he was not ready to approve. At the time of taking the policy i have been promised to take any number of claims, but when needed they are not approving. I want you to take severe action on the same.
