Sir,
I have purchased a dishwasher of IFB brand. But after delivery and when technician came for demo, he found it was damaged at the door. Though he knew about it, he told that it is a small damage and will be rectified. He then made us to purchase all types of detergents to use in the dishwasher. He used those detergents in the dishwasher and given a demo. He told he will come the next day to rectify the damage. But he didn't come and si we complained again to customer care. After many calls, they replaced the machine instead of rectifying it.But another problem arised. For the old machine we have purchased a new inlet pipe. But during replacement, they have taken away that pipe along with the machine. Also, note that the person who came for demo filled the old machine with two boxes of salt detergent and liquid detergent (which also purchased) though he knew the condition of machine. I called the customer care and told about this. But they are not responding properly and they are not sending anyone. I request you to do favor and make them to return the things we have purchased.
