Complaint Details
This is regarding my mobile EG111 which i submitted in service center on 29th august 2015. and it was expected that i will be getting back in 20 days. But now it 's more than 2 months and i haven't received my mobile. Every time i call customer care or visit your service center i get same answer it will take more 20 days.
I don't know why you people are doing this to customer and the way you are serving customer is awful.
Because of your worst service i am not able to but new mobile phone or can't use any of the Andorid features. For what i bought the phone there is no use of it.
Because of your carelessness i am suffering a lot professionally and socially.
