Complaint Details
A noise was coming from fork in my vehicle. I went to Lodha Honda (Chennai) service center for this complaint on 18/11/2013. They loosened the fork and told that it would be fine. On the very next day, i could not drive vehicle since noise was not stopped.
Second time i went to the service center stating that this complaint was not fixed on 20/11/2013. Now they tightened the fork and said it would be work well. Again on the next day i was very difficult to drive since the it got tightened more. Third
time i went to service center and they told that you need to give vehicle under free service complaint. So i left the vehicle in service center on 21/11/2013. On that day(21/11/2013) later, they called me and asked my confirmation to replacement of
the spare part in my own cost. I accepted it. They charged it RS 392. And i took the delivery of my vehicle on 22/11/2013. After 4 four days, i am getting the same noise again and again.
So four times i went for service, but it was not fixed.
