Resume2excel located at Noida, called me and told me about the repayment of the amount of Rs.7060 paid towards Timesjobs services in the year 2012. Today, dated 27/11/2013 one person from Timesjobs called me and said, since no services were provided to them, they are refunding the amount with interest, and the people from Resume2excel will guide me towards repayment, and One person by name Abhimanyu/singh and another one by name R.N. Malhotra, Sr. Manager have debited the amount of Rs. 20500 from my account through net banking, and when I requested them for repayment they are telling that it will take 12 days for repayment, I am totally without any money in my account, kindly help how to file a case against them and get my payment back
