To, CEO/MD/Director eBay India Ltd.Pvt

In on line shopping like eBay India & other on-Line Shopping too,
few sellers are selling their Items at very arbitrary (Abnormal High Price) rate & playing
Fraud Business Competition Prizes are ten-to twenty- 25 times costly. Also selling
Old, used or second hand Items in the name of Fresh, New Piece/Article with cunning screwed warning.

For example -one seller (Top-rated seller
mark-infotech *24088 )
selling this Scissors - Fiskars 859807 Embroidery 10Cm Scissors
at the rate of 1075/one thousand one seventy five rupees, (Please see attached file)
second seller keeping Price 800 Hundred, another keeping 750,next one keeping 1225 Rupees etc ,
But in fact it is(scissor) available at the rate of 30/40 Rupees only in all over India,
It is a fact that innocent & illiterate customers can not judge this cheating of sellers? naturally
He will choose lowest price, it is 700Hundred Rupees, but actual market price is maximum 30 or 40 Rupees only!!!
Therefore It is just like robbery in the name of business.
Sellers are taking undue-advantage on the platform of eBay?
In other words they are playing gamble with the co-ordination of other businessmen. With the conspiracy
Of other manufacturer companies /sellers.
unfortunately this unfair, immortal dishonest ,business is continue like a dare-devil,
when I raise the an objection before The seller & eBay India sent email regarding this matter
then he (Top-rated seller-Please read my letter given blow-

It means you are selling used Item/second hand Item & protect yourself in anticipation. You wrote these features.

also very high .I have seen your other Item also, few of them having very high price, It means you are not a good & reliable Seller,
you can dare to commit offence. Now I will report this matter to eBay & Govt of India Consumers affairs for necessary action.

not only this arrogance mischievous reply was sent to me, but when I tried to open his web-page,
Seller displayed this message----

It means seller was guilty-conscious & they are free to cheat, exploit & take undue-advantage
To gain extra profit for their business?
These sellers are not satisfied to get normal profit like a fair, gentle businessmen.
It is a solid proof of dishonesty & arrogance of this seller.
It is very strange & shameful that eBay is protecting such type of seller.
This is a very tremendous Fraud which has been stared/played by sellers deadly against the interest of
Customers, against morality, honesty, humbleness & fair business conduct & rules.
With the help of eBay India Pvt. Ltd.
No drastic action was taken by eBay India; I have no intimation about it.
1It is an offense U/S 447/448 Indian Companies Law/ Mandatory imprisonment under Companies Bill 2012,
2.Violation of In compliance with the provisions of Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended from time to time)],
3. India Competition Act, Consumers Right Protection Act.
4. It is a Cyber Crime Also
