Complaint Details
I had initiated Port-out request to transfer my Tata Docomo number to Vodafone on 9th Nov 2013 with SR No 387773487 (UPC TZ533463). I had submitted all the documents to Vodafone and they had forwarded the request to Tata Docomo for approval. I received 2 calls from Tata Docomo and both the time I said I wanted to port the no to other operator. Haowever Tata Docomo did not finish the porting request until my UPC code got exptired on 24th Nov and also didn't inform anything to me and directly closed the request. So I again contacted Vodafone to re-initiate the porting request with UPC code TZ135351 (Tata Docomo SR NO 390338005) on 27th Nov. now again everything is processed properly by Vodafone and I received 2 calls from tata Docomo. On 28th Nov, Tata Docomo rejected my SR 390338005 saying that there is outstanding balance on this account. Why don't you inform in advance that the request will be cancelled with the reason. I have now paid the entire outstanding amount, so please process my port out request SR 390338005 at earliest. Let me know if anything is required for that. My mobile no is 9673366038.
