Complaint Details
I purchased a bag of rice on 28/11/2015, the bag had worms in it. The rice is in a waterproof bag that has a zip-lock seal so nothing can get in from outside. The same thing happened to a friend of mine too - same store same brand of rice. Now this rice is over Rs. 1250.00 per bag.
I asked about this matter to store owner, but he spoke with me wrongly, like rowdy.
Any help would be appreciated.
