Complaint Details
I have ordered wardrobe (order no 1001182790) on 25 Nov, 15 and it was supposed to delivered on 10th Dec.I received this item on 17th Dec, 15 and that item is incomplete as nut-bolts were not there in the delivered product. I am following up on this from 18th Dec, 15 and still there is no solution provided and even they are not refunding my money back. Eight times I have raised complaints on their portel and called them so many times but they are not doing anything to resolve this issue.
