My MTS Device(Data Card) NO: 8644 931077, stopped working for which I filled a complaint with MTS complaint NO:DEC/16348 but they told me to visit their sevice centre Hybrid Technology Solutions at Arumbakkam, on going there the people at service centre told we dont do service for MTS data card. The customer care people are simply increasing my mental agony, I've lots of work pending due to no internet because of the non-functioning device, moreover they are not properly responding even though the device is covered under warranty.
My contact no is: 7305050309 and it has been only 2 months since I brought this device and I'am getting such issues.
On top of inefficient service they are fooling me by giving wrong addresses, and delaying their response.
