Complaint Details
The travel agent charged Rs.23,000 for 2 Days and 2 Night stay at Mahabaleshwar for 4 adults and 2 children.

They had promised to provide good facilities, but services were pathetic. The children's were made to wait for 3 hours in chilling temperature without any proper arrangements. They did not provide any assistance in changing the accommodation also.

We were forced to leave the hotel on next day of arrival. The travel agent claims no responsibility for the fault in service and has denied any refund for terminating the tour one day in advance.

Kindly look into the matter to ensure that the travel agents understand their responsibility and don't treat passengers as taken for granted.

Also the travel agent should refund the excess amount charged to us and should be fined for irresponsible behavior.
