I bought a MotoG2 phone from flipkart on 18/12/2014. All was well, till recently on 29th Nov'2015, the phone suddenly went dead. I took the phone to the service centre, enquired about it....they said the motherboard needs to be replaced. They added that since the service was within the warranty period, i need not pay anything for it. Also they said it would take maximum 15 working days to repair it. Now more than a month has passes, they are telling me that "parts not available".
Please help....
