Complaint Details
I Booked a steel Almirah costs Rs.6250/- from Banumathy Furniture, Pudukkottai and sent it through Vaigai Speed Parcel Service, Pudukkottai Branch with their LLR No. 7700597, dated:06.05.2015 to Chennai. At the delivery time (12.05.2015) the Steel Almirah is completely damaged due to careless handling of the above Almirah. So, the Vaigai Parcel Service is wholly responsible for the economical loss. I asked many times to the concern Branch and Head office by phone and letter about the damaged Almirah, but they are not respond properly.
