Dear Sir,

This is for your kind information that i Shri Bibhudatta Mohapatra, S/o - Late Mr Bamadev Barik of Karamala, Puri, Odisha. I have taken educational loan from Indian Overseas Bank bearing education loan a/c no-119403290600002, bring to your kind notice that how this bank has ruined my entire carrier and lastly harassed me in every coroner, However i have been paying the Emi regularly since the date of my engagement but the bank is intentionally and deliberately victimised me and artificial pressure has created by the bank for which my father ( Co applicant ) has visited the branch and the branch in every time had start played with my father’s emotion and lastly my father has gave of his hope and because of their harassment he had a faced trauma out of which he had a sudden heart stroke and ultimately i lost my father on dt.31.07.2012. Merely for a study loan of Rs. 3, 00,000/- , I sustain irreparable loss and neither the bank nor anyone can compensate me in any way.

After the death of my father i run pillar to post from branch office situated at KANAS BRANCH to the Regional Office, Bhubaneswar but neither the branch nor the Regional office has heard my pitiable states of affairs, In one hand i lost my father and other hand i lost my job because the Bank has posted my name in the CIBIL, for the said reason i am compel to avail personal loan from a Private Bank and bound by them to close my entire study loan with interest and NPA charges.

i want to draw your kind attention that i along with my father has availed Insurance Vidya Jyoti scheme amounting Rs. 2606/- & 19326/- which also reflecting in the statement. After my father's death the same was also inform to the corresponding branch, but till date no action has taken, however more than three years has already passed but neither the branch nor the head office provide me the NOC, Now I have been harassed after regular visit to branch and they suggest me to go to regional office, when I visited Regional Office, Bhubaneswar, they assured the file processed ,please wait but in the mean time more than three years has already passed but no initiative from their end.
