Complaint Details
This is about recent service of my oneplus one handset. It was having battery issue. After service I was told that battery has been replaced and all other issues have been fixed. I hardly worked fine for a week and the same issue started. I feel the older battery was giving MRE battery then this. Either a defective or duplicate product must have been used as the product was under warranty and the warranty was getting over soon so some how customer comes back and pay for it.
