Dear Sir,
Here with i have attached the word document which i have sent to the HONDA official contacts as well as to the local dealer.
I bought a car HONDA JAZZ and the car has been already driven by HONDA SERVICE GUYS for around 200km and then i have took the car to my hometown which is far around 90km from the showroom.
After one day, i have seen there is no more ENGINE OIL in the ENGINE and all the OIL has been leaked from the ENGINE Packing and its completely responsible by the manufacturer as its only one day and i just driven only for 90km to home and the car engine packing material got damaged.
This is very much dis-satisfied , sorrow, trustworthy with the company.
We just beleive as it a good company to go ahead with the purchase.
After that i have sent email [ attached word document] and i requested them to replace the car because its just a brand new car with this kind of defect and i dont to take this with this problem as i'll not believe that the engine will be good after this happening.
So forwarded complaint to the CAPITAL HONDA dealer persons and HONDA CARS INDIA Ltd., but i didn't got a proper response and they are not ready and accept to change the vehicle.
Finally they are ready to repair the vehicle and they ready to provide the 2 years extended warranty like freebies to suppress this issue.
But i 'm asking for the replacement of the vehicle instead of freebies.
At last i have spoken with SRIDHAR from CAPITAL HONDA DEALER about this and they are refused to replace the vehicle.

I'm in a critical ,alone situation because we are a normal family peoples and don't have any knowledge to reolve our issue, so finally i'm submiting the complaint
and absolutely i need your help sir.

I don't have any intention to make issue without any problem with my car as i have took the car by loan for 5 years and honda peoples cheating me till date by not replacing the brand new car driven 90km by me and they have driven 200 km without engine oil and not providing solution and necessary action on this.
So i request you kindly support and get the engine replaced instead of the faulty one.
