Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have paid builder Rs. 50,000/- in cash as token money when I asked for receipt they have not given any receipt for the amount paid so I have taken the image of the form filled as attached.
After giving the token money when I started loan application with the banks they asked the cost sheet but builder is not giving cost sheet also they give the cost details on any ordinary piece of paper. Also they are asking INR 3Lac in black towards Open car parking (open car parking cannot be sold as per govt regulations)and society maintenance charge (1.5Lac each) in Black without any receipt .
As these 3 lac rupees are not recorded anywhere and not getting covered in Loan My own contribution part is increasing by huge amount so I wanted to take back foot with the property buying but now builder is refusing to return the token money saying it was non- refundable money,however the form which I filled nowhere mentions that it's non refundable money.
I have also asked builder to give some more time but they are asking to make a new booking with another INR 50,000/-. My current booking expires in 80 days which is on 6th Jan 2016 as per builder.

I seek your help getting my money back.
