Complaint Details
its been three months that i have requested for service discontinuation through customer care. as per the MTS policy, its takes 15 days to close the account and for that days they are asking me to pay the bill, earlier it was 110, then it became 210 with the warning of the leagal action to be taken against me , resulting in continous harrasment. it has been informed through the contact numbers provided in previous mails that
I am not responsible for the bill generated if I have requested for termination of the service. so please take an action against the firm who is charging the irrelevant amount for zero usage and as a proof you can check the sage details through the device as well.
