My order no is 910448 and my product was damage when recevie, i called toll free no they said send back to us we will replace a new product and courrie charges. I courrier the product o. 16 th of November 2015 and that delivered on 18 November 2015, then i called them they said within 7 days u will get your product and courrier charges. Now i called them every weak they says u will get ur product next weak and next weak but still they have not send product and when i call toll free complain department same person never come to call even when i ask for their name they say person is not available or he is for lunch every time i have to talk to different person and he says sir i m telling u this is last time u will get your product back and again when i call back he doesn't comes to call. I said if u dont have produxt give me my money back they said we cant give u money and they are not giving my parcel also
