This is regarding my Panasonic Alkaline water filter TK-AS70 which is still under warranty period.

I had logged compliant on 3rd Dec, 2015 that my Panasonic water filter stopped working as its 'UV Error' and 'Call' button started to glow in red color. Panasonic technician visited my home and took product with them stating that they need to thoroughly investigate the water filter & some parts needs replacement. FYI, I had purchased Panasonic Alkaline water filter on 13th Feb 2015 online from Panasonic website. This is product is still under warranty period and Panasonic has still not given me my product by doing its repair. Its really frustrating to call them many times & follow up with them and they say that its still under investigations. Almost 1 month over and Panasonic has still not given me proper customer care service even after stating that this alkaline water filter was purchased because I have to feed this water to 'CANCER' patient my mother at my home. Panasonic has failed to deliver me my repaired product & I am not at all happy with this kind of service provided to me especially at this condition.

Kindly consider my appeal and take appropriate action against Panasonic company.
