Complaint Details
I purchased a Mobile phone from Samsung estore online, whose transaction was made through savex Computers. The option I chose was of 12 months EMI with 0% interest however the amount was never converted to EMI and now HDFC is charging for everything in terms of Bank Charges & Savex has not even responded to the email sent prior in August and then October. Please Help.
