I bought my phone micromax A 300 on October, 2014. After 10 months my phone display touch screen didnt work properly. I gave it to micromax service center which is in mumbai malad(w)area. I gave it on sep 23, 2015. After that I asked them lot of times through phone and email also at service centre and customer call centre. They are saying that they have sent the phone to the factory. From the factory it hasnot come back and will take more 15 days. Its been more than 3 months since i have given my phone. I have lodged a complaint also in micromax customer care. complaint no. is mmx1310151242670. Please tell me proper solution for this problem. I have attached the jobsheet also. Please tell me a proper solution.It is happening for a lot of persons. My job sheet no. is w030602091519350896

There are so many complaits against micromax flouting consumer rights. But there is no concrete action evident. The company is playing with Consumer rights & there is nobody to look into
