Dear Sir,

I have cleared loan amount of The Swaraj Urban Co op Bank Ltd, Ulhasnagar Branch (Now known as The Konark Urban Co.Op. Bank Ltd., Near Sapna Talkies, Ulhasnagar 421003) on 4/06/2007, Inspite of my regular requests through personal Visits, Telephone & letters bank is avoiding to return bank my property papers which i pledged with bank as collateral security at the time of securing loan from said bank . Bank officials are insisting me to pay cash amount to get release of my property papers.

Even after clearing my loan amount I am not getting back my property papers from bank from last so many years, which causing undue harassment, mental and emotional tension, inconvenience, expenses, agony, waste of my costly time and discomfort.

I am attaching here with relevant documents.

I hereby request you to please look in to matter and do the needful so that I can get back my property papers from bank.
