Cancellation of credit card with immediate effect

Dear Sir,

I am holding one Regalia Credit card XXXX XXXX XXXX 1811 which was not used by me yet. One day I received a call from a customer care executive from your credit card division and asked me some options which I don’t remember. After that to my utter surprise, I received a debit bill dated 30.10.2015 of Rs 619.32. Next two bills also came with some fraud amounts which are enclosed for n.a at your end.

I have not used the card even a single time and debit bills are coming without my knowledge. I strongly condemn the above and request you to cancel the credit card facility immediately. I was not knowing that your HDFC bank is such a fraud and cheater. With a copy of this letter / mail I inform you that without any further delay , cancel the card or for any consequence the undersigned will not be held responsible.
