I have purchased a Samsung TV last November (14-Nov-2014). After two months TV screen has developed the dark spots. I have complained and they have replaced the Screen Panel saying that such issue sometimes occur on 01-Feb-2015. Again in april (2015) the dark spot has been developed on TV screen and this time I have told that that it seems to be manufacturing issue please replace my TV and at that time Samsung's engineer assured me by taking OATH that you will never have this issue again and again replace the screen panel on 16-April-2015.
Now again my TV screen developed some dark spots and now they are saying that your product warranty has been expired and it is not a manufacturing defect and if engineer visit your house and requires screen replacement then everything will be chargeable. In one year this is third time that dark spots has been developed so it is certainly a manufacturing defect. Now they are saying that warranty has be lapsed now you have to pay for the Panel (i.e around 20,000/- Rs.). It is really very scary for me that I have bought a s. 50,000/- Television from Samsung a trusted brand and now after changing two times of screen-panel within one year I have to spend 20,000/- for TV. This TV cost was already out of budget and after buying this I have went thorough very bad mental pressure. Please help me so that either Samsung rectify this issue or replace the TV.
