I ordered a watch (worth Rs.5799) on www.watchokart.com by seeing a picture. I was delivered the watch and it was not as described and faulty. When I contacted watchokart for refund or replacement watchokart never picked my phone, and once picked it and after listening to my complaint, promised me refund and blocked my number. Now after repeated emails, texts and calls watchokart is not responding. I also have the bill and all required documents. The site also promised 1 month return on defects.
