Complaint Details
I have given amount of Rs.800/- as deposit for my post paid connection of Vodafone number 9168781010.

Now, since 1.Dec.2015, I have converted the number in Prepaid. I have cleared all my bills received till the time my connection was in post paid category.

More than a month is over I have not received any call or cheque of my deposit amount given to you. When visited your vodafone office in Ahmednagar, nobody responded to my complaint or guided me giving the details of my deposit.

Request you to please look into the matter and return the Deposit amount as committed while taking the connection.

Please find attached the copy of the Deposit amount Bill paid.
