Hi,i am loganathan and i am using reliance GSM(7305783275), this December my mobile is debited about 280 rupees and i had asked about it to customer care from 15th december to till now and they had register complaint 2 times and closed as "over internet usage" but i had a proof and attached here from my mobile data usage option, it consumes less than my pack activation.
I had activate my data pack of Rs.189 on 16th november, it gives me 1GB data and 100 Talktime and validity of 28 days(16/11/2015-13/12/2015). In my attachment i includes 2day extra i.e.(start-1 & end-1). On these cumulative, my data usage is 794.49MB only. Then how they debit my balance of 280 rupees.
i need a help to regain my money. I asked my times about this and they blocked my number to contact to customer care. I use another mobile to complaint about this 20 days.
Please help me to regaine balance.
