Please note that payment has been made on 31.12.2015 for the Premium of 29,631/- for Policy No. 15718131.

Attached is the bank receipt for successful transaction with Ref No. IG0BFOYVS4.

However no reversal of premium amount has been noted in my account (20103127546) till date (05.01.2016). But I have not received acknowledgement/receipt for the premium payment made on 31.12.2015, for which I have registered a complaint over phone (in the Toll free number). The same was promised to be resolved by the customer service executive within 24 hrs. But no communication has been received so far.

I have emailed several times to service@hdfclife.com. Still no communication has been received so far. Nor my complaint addressed.

In addition customer service keeps the phone busy all the time (particularly from 8 PM onward). In case if it get connected the customer service make sure to disconnect the call.


On top of these I am reminded to pay the premium for Policy No. 15718131.
