I have done online payment of policy on 19th Sept. 2015, application no. is S100000252329. I have done all medical test whichever asked to me, I have sent every document asked to me. I am taking follow up from last 3.5 months but I am unable to get my policy issued. Now today asked me to submit urine continine test report which medical center don't handover to client directly as per HDFC life rule. From where should I provide report? Instead of solving problem, asking me only to provide medical report. It is pathetic that I am taking follow up from such a long time, called to customer care may be 40 times, sent mails but asking me to just wait for some days.
