Hi, This is regarding my worst experience with the purchase of Asus Zenfone2 Laser bought from Flipkart bought Sep 2015!!! After 1 month of usage I repeatedly had Mic issues where the other end people could not hear my voice properly/low volume. I gave it in Asus service center in Chennai Kilpauk behind Ega theatre on 12th dec. There they took 5 days and they are least bothered in giving info to the customer. At last I was asked to receive the device after service. To my shock when I got the device in my hand I saw several scratches and heavy marks on the camera lens cover. When I removed the battery the oh God .. the Sticker with IMEI info was completely torn in to pieces. Common this is just 2 months old I argued ! but in vein.. See now no one can beleive this is anew mobile .. no one will beleive this is the new mobile any more. Because of Asus, My MONEY TIME and ENERGY is wasted totally because of this bullsh** .. I requested a replacement from ASUS but till now the service people arguing me to take again to service center. Are they going to change the hardware parts again what is the use? F1 INFO SOLUTIONS SERVICE CENTER ARE NOT EXPERIENCED IN ANY WAY IN SERVICES PROVIDED... I expect an Immediate action from the concerned dept.
