Sir,
I am cosumer of the above mentioned cable networke amd also regularly paying services charges. My Set top box is not working from last 3 monthes inspite of so many complaints to local cable operators as well as to head of of the cable natwork no solution is given to my problem . Moreover local cable operators and his sub agents are grabbing unauthorized charger for reparation from me. Further more concerned cable company is not ready to replace the set top box and demanding more 600 rupees for replacement. so ,it is therefore my humble prayer to you to take appropriate action against the company and its agents , set top box should be replace without further charges and any further relief may also be provided as honable council deems feet in the interest of justice taking into consideration giving mental and physical harassment, loss of money and time, deficiency and irregularities in services.
