Complaint Details
I had paid online 3305/- through NEFT on 29th Oct 2015 for SHRAVAK AROGYAM Phase 1 policy for my mother Jyotsna Shah JIO SA ID 014110 VIDE UTR NUMBER 0P15102994091332. They told that the policy need to be upgraded and additional amount has to be paid. I had requested a refund from them and was assured to receive refund in 60 days. However, the same has not happend. Tried calling their number and there is no reply.
