R/Sir,
To-day I was visited in OBC bank G-7 Vikaspuri for receiving of Fix deposit receipt, which was deposited
In the name of my wife Smt. Malti Singh. Mr. R. P. Yadav was extremely misbehaved with me. I told that I will make a complaint to your respective General Manager; Mr Yadav said to me that you go anywhere “KYA KAR LEGA G M AUR KAY KAR LEHA TOO MAI TUJHE GHAR TAK DEKH LUGA. Sir, this is the same language told by Mr. Yadav. I never thought the bank officer behave like in this manner .I am a royal customer of your bank and this is my third time fix deposited in your bank. I want to know what is the status of my previous complaint, which was booked in Grievances cell 3-4 month ago.
Please look into the matter and take serious action. I attach photo copy of Fix deposited receipt.
