Complaint Details
Phone screen broke and the phone was given to Motorola Authorized Service Station for repairing on 21-Nov-2015. The expected duration to repair the phone was 30 days (maximum), as communicated by the service center. Company could not repair the phone in time (i.e. by 20-Dec-2015) and committed to give back the repaired phone on 31-Dec-2015 (email proof available). However, the second deadline was also missed by the company and the phone was again not repaired and given back by 31-Dec-2015.
Now, the company is not answering the emails and, the service center guys are telling that the phone is yet to be repaired. The customer care executive (on 1-800-102-234) say that they are working on the issue and phone will be repaired and given back soon. But, today is 7th Jan, 2016, and I neither have the repaired phone nor any date by which I can expect it.
