Sir/Madam,
I'm Sethuraman from Chennai, I've been using my new Aircel Postpaid SIM since 13 October, 2015. I opted a 6GB data usage plan for ₹ 699.00/- per month. From the second billing month I'm being cheated on bills, and they are forcing us to pay them. For my first bill, I made a payment of ₹ 1,670.00/- for the first month bill and came to know that it was because of over-usage at my residence. Still, before my payment I contacted the online customer care number and they said there were 2 accounts in activation. I said that I said that I bought only one SIM for my number. But they refused it and didn't take any proper action. For the second month I was informed to pay a bill of ₹ 1,829.00/- though I didn't fully utilize my free usage of 6GB. I used only ~3.00GB that too my router tracked it for all the devices. But, when I came in touch with the customer care representative of Aircel in my nearby locality, they said that I've used around 60GB of data. At my residence, only my wife and I use the internet that too for sending and receiving simple WhatsApp text messages to and fro my relatives and my children. So, I decided not to pay the bills till they come to a legit conclusion. But due to their enforcement, I paid an amount of ₹ 2,400.00/- and attempted to close the account.
We didn't expect such a cheating attitude of Aircel. Not only me in this world, I don't know how many people are being cheated like this. So, please kindly do the needful to stop this kind of scams hereafter. I need proper justice. Please refer to the uploaded documents for reference and proof. The proof provided here is 100% legit.
