Complaint Details
I purchased an Iball 1026-Q18 in the Month of Jan. 2015 (S. No. 911389900143954).
Couple of months back, the front camera stopped working, the battery after a full charge, could power the tab for an hour and half, and the tab failed to detect USB pen drives when connected.
I took the tab to your Cochin service center on 8th Dec. 2015 and a receipt with No. 134011562081289 was issued to me. There was no mention of probable delivery date after service!
I contacted your Cochin service center on 15th Dec. and was informed that spares are awaited and the tab will be fully serviced and returned in a couple of days. When I asked for specific date, I was told " BEFORE THE END OF THE WEEK ".
Till now (8th Jan 16)the tab is not repaired.
