Hi Sir,
3 year back when i was admitted to the hospital, This company failed to provide me with any medical assistance inspite of me have a medical card for medical assistance from them, Telling me my problem was not covered by the company inspite of the doctor certifying my problem as a life threatining case, all they could send me was a mear 3000/- towards hospital charges when my bill tallied to 1.5lakhs. 3 years after the problem i faced with them i decided to close the policy as it has not done me any good maintaing it, But last one month the customer care persons are giving numerous informating but not closing my policy, My policy no is C087406805. but still they are continuing to take the ECS from my account, so i had to remove my minimum balance from the bank to prevent them, but since its my salaried account they take the fund when my salary comes, I request you to take strict action against this company and solve my issues.
