Hello Sir/Madam,

I am been facing issues raised by a Builder - Anchor Realty - Lakozy Builder..
this builder has been asking money from us even after 1 year of possession.

We booked our flat in Vasai East - Anchor Park, Orchid Wings in October 2013 and were promised for possession on March 2014. But I received my possession in October 2014.

After the booking I paid my part money as cash and remaining money via home loan. During the whole process we were not told that if we pay the money late I will have to pay 18% interest. Now in Jan 2016 they are asking us to pay the late payment interest which is totally incorrect. During our payment of every demand we were not informed about the late payment at all and were told its ok you can anytime.

How can builders ask money from the customer after giving possession? This is utter cheating and fraud.

Please help us with this issue
