I recharged my mobile number 9900333738 on 27 dec, twice rs.50 each time but i got talktime only once. Also yesterday my balance got deducted for of course no reason.
I had 79 rs in my account but later i noticed it was just 12rs. I wanted my lost balance to be refunded so i wrote an email to the customer care to which i got a reply saying that we cannot give your balance back.
I had overall lost an amount of 117rs.
