My VC Number is 01508697998. I did my recharge through a dealer to extend my FTA service and paid Rs 999 as per customer service's request. But even after payment and recharge the service got disconnected and on contacting customer service again, I came to know that dealer did not recharge it through FTA link and it is unfair that I am the sufferer. It is the responsibility of dealer's carelessness and responsibility of DishTv for setting up such dealers with lack of knowledge in recharging procedures. On contacting the dealer again, he is refusing to accept his accusation and vehemently disregarding by throwing the issue over DishTv's side. He is demanding a proof for payment being not through FTA Link. So I request you to resolve my problem by availing me with FTA service again.
