on 10/1/16, i visited above mentioned us pizza outlet and purchased meal worth rs 527 which i paid through my debit card no 4591510022532498. on first transaction he said it is declined so he made me to swipe again and pay for second time. i paid it again. after few minutes i got message that money is debited 2 times from my account. then i requested him regarindg this but he did not agree with that and said that he has received money only one time. then i shown him my account statement showing 2 debit transaction of same amount at same time but then also he did not agree. i told him to show me the transaction declined receipt for the first transaction, but he refused for that. thus he made me to pay 2 times for one purchase.
