I am writing this mail with very big disappointment with Reliance Digital, I bought a 48” Sony LED TV on 6th January 2016 from Reliance Digital Ambiance Mall Store paid 76000/- Rs for that purchase which is huge sum for me ,on 7th of produce is delivered & installed ,but time of installation it shows all green patches appears on the screen & technician visited said he get this piece replaced ,but after minutes these green dots are disappeared & i thought now its working fine may be this is a installation issue as technician told me HDMI cable is loose & its fixed now, i sign OK report & then start the nightmare ,after few minutes green dots appear of whole screen & when i try to contact technician he is not picking up the call.
After that i make call to sales executive at store who said if product is faulty on arrival they get it replaced ,nothing happened for whole day then i contacted Manager at showroom Name Shashi kant
At first he told me he is unaware of any such thing & then he said Pankaj told me & he got it replaced ,but when nothing happened i make call again to Shashi kant of Gurgaon Ambiance mall sales manager & he refused to acknowledge that he said that they can change that unit as it delivered as faulty .he told me to contact at Sony service & they are not responsible.
I feel cheated & disappointed with such behaviour of customer service manager for customer & now i am expecting a fast action on to this or i don’t have any option but to move consumer court for such harassment.
