Complaint Details
On 31st Dec'15 I had booked a room in Ashoka tiger Trail Resorts. I made the booking on 30th Dec'15 whereby the first time the transaction was unsuccessful and on booking again it was confirmed.
Unfortunately, after checking my card statement I noticed that the charge appears twice on the same date.
Even after following up with goibibo and Ashoka's owner, they fail to understand the miseries of the consumer and keep on diverting calls to each other. Initial 1 week they kept on assuring that they'll check online and return if there is a double credit. However later they just washed off their hands from it by saying they we won't be refunding the amount.
Ashoka resorts isnt taking the onus. I have complained a lot of times and now they refuse to honour the refund.
