Complaint Details
I have Airtel 4G Hotspot No.8130621061. I applied for this 4 months back. Airtel people have given fak email id in my record & they say they send monthly bills on that fake email id. Still they don't send bills and call us and waste my time to force me to make payments. My alternate email was updated & still no bills are sent by them. My services are also deactivated from long. How can they demand payment when they are not sending bills on mail nor hard copy.They harass me for payment & every time new person talks. I won't make payments for a discontinued connection or pay monthly rentals to them.
