My daughter in law Smita and I travelled from Thiruvanmiyur to Greames Lane on 8 1 2016 at 7pm about We were told on the ride that peak rate charge would apply bet 6 and 8pm if at the time of booking only one vehicle is available in the area. I anm attaching the invoice which gives the details. The co's site has no provision for registering a complaint








in the area.
