I would to draw you attention that I purchased a product from Amazon on 10th Aug'15. At that time there was an offer of 15% Cashback on purchase thru APP & HDFC Card with a maximum limit of Rs 1500/- to be posted by 12th Nov'15.
I have done the same, but to my surprise I have not received the cashback yet, and upon consultation with Amazon I was told that we have escalated the issue and is looking after it. Its hard to understand how long it takes to resolve a complain.
Its 11th Jan'2016 and I have not received the amount. Being a global brand this sort of service is not expected from Amazon. Neither they are cooperating nor they are providing any information so that I can get in touch with bank since they are telling that plz get in touch with your bank.
I request you to look into the matter and get the issue sorted out.
